Meet the TTP Admin Team

Meet Our Admin Team

Your behind-the-scenes dream team - here to guide you through every step, answer your questions, and keep everything running smoothly from the moment you book until “I do.”

How does communication work?

We’ll keep you on track with timely reminders, prep details, and milestone check-ins, so you always know what’s next and feel supported the whole way through. Email is our main way to keep everything smooth + organized, but if you ever need to talk it out or get a quick answer, we’re just a call or text away.

Who will my artist be?

We’ll match you with the perfect fit based on your location, services + style. Complete your questionnaire so we know your vibe! Want to request a fave? Browse our artists’ portfolios + let us know who you love. You’ll officially know your lead artist 75 days before your wedding day and after your trial, your artist is locked in.

How can I add or remove services?

You can add services anytime if your current timeline and reserved number of artists allow. Keep in mind: spring and fall Saturdays often book up 3–6 months in advance, so don’t wait to add on! Services can be removed up until 60 days before your wedding. After that, they’re locked in and non-refundable.

When is my invoice due?

A $600 deposit is required to secure your date + artists. Final balance due: 60 days before your wedding. Pay via Venmo (@teasetopleasehairandmakeup) or credit card through your invoice.

When should I schedule my trial run?

Plan your trial 1-3 months before the big day so your hair + makeup vision is fresh and ready to go! Trials are held Mon-Thurs, with a few limited Fri/Sun spots. (No Saturdays - we’re busy glamming up wedding parties!) Send us an email anytime to snag your spot!
