Education has always been at the heart of this powerhouse team
Meet the founder, Laci!
Spend five minutes with Laci Coker, and you'll understand the meaning of “southern hospitality.” A small town girl with a larger than life personality, Laci is the epitome of a servant-hearted leader. Born and raised in Paris, TX, Laci learned all things hair through a cosmetology program in high school. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Dallas and joined corporate America, spending five years in sales and marketing. She recognized her heart wasn't filled working behind a desk, and knew she instead belonged behind the chair. Combining her love for hair styling and people, she founded Tease to Please Hair and Makeup in 2013. The adage “we rise by lifting others” comes to mind when describing Laci’s approach to running her wildly successful, award-winning business. Whether it’s sending her bridal clients an intentional, encouraging email filled with prayer in the midst of their hectic wedding planning, or staying late at the studio to help a fellow hair stylist perfect a boho braid, you’ll find Laci is always going above and beyond. This trademark quality of hers is reflected in the way she is constantly continuing education – whether it be staying up-to-date on the latest beauty industry trends and techniques, or spending her limited free time taking classes from respected business coaches. You’ll be sure to find Laci devouring any and all business podcasts while driving to and from wedding venues! Laci is dedicated to relaying all this knowledge to her talented team of artists and stylists, ensuring that every Tease to Please client encounter exceeds expectation. What distinguishes Laci in the frequently saturated bridal glam market is her commitment to more than just being part of someone's wedding day; she finds inspiration in being part of someone's future as an artist. After realizing she and her operations manager, Breanna Chwala, had a knack for educating, they founded Tease to Please Pro –an education team focused on bridal industry professionals eager to expand their skillset through classes and coaching calls.
We can't wait to see what we create together!
Meet Breanna!
Breanna was always destined for the beauty industry. Born into a family of stylists, this industry has carried her through the many phases of her career. Growing up in her home state of Wisconsin, Breanna regularly tagged along to work at her mom's salon, practicing on mannequin heads, folding towels, and answering phones. After being interested in marketing in high school, Breanna was at a crossroads when it came to what to do for college; take the "easy" route and go to cosmetology school or go to a traditional 4 year college for a business degree. She has been licensed since 2013 and has never looked back. Breanna's love for education started in the salon with her clients and continued to grow as she became a brand rep for 2 professional product& lines. This role would eventually retire her from the salon, relocate her to Dallas/Fort Worth, and have her traveling all across the US helping salons grow their business through retail, treatments, and salon events and educating on stage at hair shows. After moving, Breanna soon realized there was a wedding venue on what felt like every corner in DFW. She began contracting for several bridal teams until she met Laci, and the dynamic duo has been inseparable since. With her background, Breanna understands the creativity of an artist while also having business development skills in implementing systems, hiring and training artists, and scaling strategies which made her the perfect fit as Director of Operations for Tease to Please. After 3 years of growing Tease to Please together successfully, doubling their business from 350 to over 800 weddings a year, hiring and training 30 new artists, and managing a team of 70, Breanna and Laci knew they had something to share with the bridal industry. After keeping education at the heart of Tease to Please, they were ready to expand their reach and Tease to Please Pro was born. Now, 2 years in, Laci and Breanna have helped countless artists grow their skill sets, team owners grow their business, and students realize the opportunities for success and can't wait to serve even more in the coming years.
We hope you make yourself proud.
MEET THE EDUCATORS
As someone who started their journey struggling to pass my state board and didn't even know how to braid, education is the reason I am where I am today; a thriving business owner and bridal artist who is requested for my signature boho looks and braids Even now, over 10 years into my career and doing almost 100 weddings a year, I still regularly attend classes to continue to keep up with our ever changing industry. In class with me, you'll gain your new biggest cheerleader and be able to have a real, authentic connection. With the world of social media, it's so easy to think everyone is incredible and successful, but that didn't happen overnight. Through my hair and business classes, I strive to get to know you and help you through your personal challenges because that's exactly what I needed in my own journey and I am so passionate and excited to be that resource for others. Third generation stylist and a lover of the creative, business structure, and endless opportunities this industry provides. From working behind the chair, to educating for pro hair and makeup brands, I did a little bit of everything before I fell into bridal. Now, after 7 years and hundreds of weddings under my belt, it's safe to say I am a wedding pro! Whether I’m teaching a class, pampering brides, or working on the back end of business, my hats are ever changing as an artist and manager. This makes classes with me so much more than “just hair and makeup" because I can relate to you no matter if you are just starting, a seasoned pro, business owner, or looking to make a pivot in the beauty industry. I'm best known for my signature "bre buns" and love updos. If you're looking to take your artistry to the next level by understanding the "why" in your products and techniques to work smarter, not harder, then I'm your pro!

Destiny Carr
I’m Destiny! A makeup artist of 7+ years with a background in fashion, runway, editorial, and bridal. I’ve been a makeup lover for years, even before I became a professional makeup artist, learning everything I could from any resources I could find online. Keeping up with the latest makeup launches, testing out new products, and furthering my education is my passion! I always knew I wanted to be an educator, especially when I saw a lack of knowledge when it came to deeper complexions. I want to create a safe space for people to want to expand their knowledge with the tips and tricks I have learned over the years and I can't wait to share them with you!

I’m just a girl who loves full glam and have always been passionate about makeup! As an educator, my goal is to help others learn how to achieve more precise, clean full glam looks. When I was starting out as a rookie artist, there was so much I had to teach myself and learn the hard way. I wish I had someone then to teach me all the things I know now. Being an educator allows me to be that resource and share my knowledge because we all have something to learn no matter where you are in your artistry journey. Even as a seasoned artist, I still regulary take education to continue to grow my artistry and stay inspired. Whether you are just starting out or have been a hair or makeup artist for years, I can't wait to share all that I have learned with you!

Hi, I’m Paige! I’ve been in the makeup industry for 15 years. I have a bachelors in photography and a minor in art history, painting and drawing has always been my thing! After attending makeup school and working at several makeup counters, I eventually fell into wedding makeup. What started out doing makeup for friends turned in to working for bridal teams as a lead artist. Almost a decade later and hundreds of weddings, I was ready to start sharing my skills with other artists through education and have loved every minute of it. Having a background in art gives me a very technical approach to makeup and my artistry. In my classes, you'll learn to aproach a face in a way that in unique to every client in your chair keeping color theory and face structure in mind to truly customize their experience. Im best known for my eyes and love a winged liner. If you are ready to take your makeup skills to the next level, I would love to share all that I have learned with you!
