MEET THE MANAGERS
When Tease to Please was founded, it was just a girl with a curling iron and a heart for service. Now, we've grown not only our artists, but our management team too! With 8 incredible women to serve you from the first email to the last. Our managers are always on top of things to ensure that our clients are taken care of in every way possible. From responding promptly to inquiries, to scheduling appointments, to creating timelines, and keeping our social media updated with the latest trends and inspo, our management team works together to make the hair and makeup booking process stress-free. We take pride in our excellent customer service and strive to create an experience that gives you the professionalism of a team but the personal touch of an artist. Although we serve over 800 clients a year, we make sure you feel like you are our top priority by focusing on the small details to make each interaction personal to you.
Breanna Chwala
CEO
3rd generation cosmetologist so the beauty industry is basically in my blood! I met Laci at a wedding, we both saved the day for a bride whose team ghosted her and we’ve been a dynamic duo ever since. I married my wonderful husband Matt on New Year’s Eve 2020 (hey fellow Covid brides) In his vows, he promised to one day bring home a bulldog name Porkchop and he did just that making us a family of 3. Last name is Chwala but pronounced like the bear, koala. Wisconsin born and raised (go pack go). I love cold brew coffee, the color black, modern farmhouse anything, making people laugh, cooking, my Kia telluride (black Betty) and really anything from target.

The day goes by so quick! Soak in every moment while you are in it rather than being so focused on what’s next. Try to create private moments for just you two (first look, private dinner, private last dance) that allow you to slow down and take it all in.
A piece of advice for brides:
Current wedding trend you love:
Bows, piled high updo’s, and pops of color!
Jordan Vesper
Operations Manager
I had been in several weddings that Tease to Please was working as a bridesmaid & I knew I loved this company. I’ve always worked in sales and loved having freedom of time so I took my shot in applying and landed this job in admin which has become my DREAM job. I’ve been on the team for almost 3 years now. In addition to working with Tease to Please, I have a ministry and podcast centered around my love for Jesus, which I enjoy doing in my free time along with spending time with my husband and dog, Ryder! I’m very laid back would probably catch me at a games night with friends then going out. I describe myself as a grandma at heart.

Favorite part of your job:
I absolutely love creating timelines! I’ve always love math puzzles and I get to basically do that every day! It’s a lot of fun!
Fun fact:
I was on an episode HGTV show called “Texas Flip N Move”
Audrey Jones
Appointment Manager
I was connected with Tease to Please through a friend, and I’ve been on the team for a little over a year now! I have a degree in management and was interested in working with a woman owned business. When I'm not scheduling appointments for our clients, I'm working as a professional dancer either performing or teaching aspiring dancers. Living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area means my downtime is spent typically trying a new coffee shop, reading with my book club, traveling, or hanging out with my (13) cats!!

Describe the TTP way:
The TTP way is all about communication. We make sure to send helpful and detailed emails to ensure smooth sailing at your event.
Deserted island must-have:
My CeraVe moisturizer with SPF! I never leave the house without SPF on!
Asia Perez
I’ve always wanted to be in the wedding industry! I reached out to Laci as a freshman in high school and she offered me an internship opportunity. This turned into my five year Social Media & Marketing position with Tease to Please. I was born and raised in New Jersey, love to plan parties, and can usually be found at a concert. When I’m not working, I’m probably at my holy trinity (Target, Marshall’s, or Sephora) or with my girlfriend and our Boston Terrier!
Marketing Manager
chronically online
It’s so special following a client on social media throughout their entire wedding process and then cheering them on years later when they travel, buy a house, or have babies! I’m also a sucker for a pretty aesthetic so it’s a dream to create branding that has a signature and identifiable look.

Hair Extension Manager
I started as a makeup artist on the Oklahoma team after finding TTP through instagram. I've always had a passion for the wedding industry and fell in love with Dallas. I was looking to move, so it all worked out when they were looking to grow the admin team and needed a receptionist. I packed up everything, made the move, and have been living my best life ever since! In my free time I love trying different dance or fitness classes, trivia nights with my friends, hot girl walks, and hanging out with my puppy Winnie!

Describe the TTP way:
It's always giving that personalized touch, sweating the small stuff so you don't have to, and keeping the whole experience fun and stress-free, so you feel beautiful and confident on your wedding day!
Current wedding trend you love:
Film photos, live paintings, and all of the retro/vintage vibes
London Neville
Studio Manager
I got started at TTP thanks to my mom and Laci, who have been close friends in the wedding industry for years. Laci has watched me grow up, and after I moved back to Texas from Canada, she reached out! I spent the past five years living in Vancouver, BC, where I fully embraced the Canadian lifestyle: hiking, skiing, and constantly exploring new places. I love anything that involves getting outside or moving my body. I love cooking and baking and find food to be an art form. Coffee is also a huge part of my life and has been for a longgg time. I was a barista for nearly 4 years so you bet I can make a good iced or hot latte for you at the studio!
loves to make people feel loved
A piece of advice for brides:
When it comes to hair, I’d just recommend keeping in mind that a lot of hairstyles require length and not being afraid to add those extensions! The full look you’re wanting can be achieved so much more easily that way, and it really helps bring that vision to life.
